So what the fuck do i do now?

This has been asked thousands of times already, but what do I do? I tried landing a job, when I came to the interviews, I was blazing through them.
All HR's said they liked me, the project managers gave me the same response, and the tech interviews were good, too.
But every fucking time the company just closed the vacancy for the job and I was left with: "I am very sorry to tell you that the company closed the job position and we can't proceed with you".
Like, bro, when will I start working then? It's been 3 years of passive searching and one year of active searching.
How do you people land jobs today in Europe?

The worst part is that I don't have money to have another degree, nor do I want to have another degree. I love this job, and I want to thrive in it. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
