Having issues setting up an account

Downloaded the app on my phone, started setting up an account, but after putting in name and birthday when I push continue it hits me with “I have exceeded 800 limit” don’t know how to fix this issue, first time using ChatGPT and don’t know how I could exceed a limit on a account that’s not even fully set up
