Best app to create a photorealistic image from a 16th century technical drawing.

I would like to create a photorealistic image of the inner mechanism of a 16th century artificial leg, based on a 16th century drawing (see below). I've been using Leonardo.Ai trying to generate just the foot portion of it giving the basic dimensions of the metal (most recent prompt below) but I've had numerous unsatisfactory results with different prompts. Is there a better app or would this be too difficult an image to generate using any app for a beginner?

Last prompt "A horizontal steel bar 12” in length with H etched on one end and T etched at the other end, both H and T are facing up, width tapers symmetrically from 3” at the H to 1” at the T, the thickness of the bar is 0.75”. The bar has a matte finish and shows the hammer marks of being forged on an anvil. The bar is lying on an untreated wood table and appears to have been created in the 17th century."

Leonardo produced a result with the approximately the proper length and thickness, but no taper of the width.
